Visiting the deer park and wild boar breeding park For many years, "La Ferme du Chasseur" has opened its doors to nature lovers and enthusiasts. While walking along the paths of the deer park, you will have the opportunity of seeing many deers, of the 300 or so that reside there. Occasionally, a red deer, fallow deer, moufflon, or other wild game can be spotted. Some of the tamer animals may let you appraoch them with treats. Deer are particularly fond of apples. During the summer months, both adults and children delight at the sight of new born fawns hidden behind trees or among branches on the ground. During the tour, a stop is made at the wild boar breeding park. The young wild boar are of particular interest to our visitors. Your visit will last 1.5 hours on average, during which time you will be acccompanied by a guide. The tour can be done on foot, or motorised vehicle, depending on your personal preference. We welcome groups and families. A special invitation is extended to teachers and preschool educators who would be interested in organizing an educational field trip for their students, aged 3 years and up.
