Since 1982, through rigorous and selective reproduction, we have suceeded in breeding animals with superior genetics. Our breeding techniques are in line with government standards, and government veterinarians regularly test our animals to certify their health. The superior genetics of our herd are coveted by Canadian and American farmers alike, who purchase our animals to improve their own herds.

As a result of its quality and distinctive taste, our meat can often be found in butcheries and restaurants. Some cateres roast our meats on spits, which has become quite popular. All of our products meet strict government standards.
